Did You Know
A test was done on 14 common air fresheners. This test confirmed that 12 of the 14 contained phthalates, even though they were not listed with the ingredients. This test included air fresheners that were labeled “All-Natural” and “Unscented”. See Source Below
Your normal household candle releases carcinogens, such as toluene and benzene, into the air every time you light them.
Believe it or not, soy candles which are so popularly advertised as the solution to paraffin candles, are usually derived from GMO soy. The same chemicals that are in the soy are being released into your home.
Air Fresheners regularly contain carcinogens such as benzene and formaldehyde. They also contain VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) which are known to increase health issues such as: cancer, liver damage, kidney damage, and nervous system damage. See Source below.

Lavender Oil for Relaxation
28 pregnant women who were high risk for postpartum depression had significant reduction of postnatal depression and anxiety after using a treatment plan with Lavender EO. See Source below.
For years, Lavender has been used to improve people’s sleep. However, recently researchers from John Hopkins Hospital found out just how effective it is. When a 3 mL bottle of 100% pure Lavender EO was placed into a glass jar next to a random intermediate care patients bed side from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am they discovered a several positive results. All patients reported an increase in sleep quality, and their monitored heart pressure was “significantly lower”.
Eucalyptus Oil - Breathe Freely Tonight
"Asthma is a condition that affects millions of people around the world, and there are many known treatments for the condition. One of these is the use of eucalyptus essential oil. Simply massage 1-3 drops onto the chest and the soothing effect of the aroma and vapors will calm the throat and dilate the blood vessels, which will allow more oxygen into the lungs and normal breathing can be achieved. The anti-inflammatory properties of eucalyptus essential oil also come into play in using it to get relief from asthmatic symptoms."
Diffused into the air, Eucalyptus is astoundingly effective! Breathe deeply, and enjoy the freedom!
These are just two, simple and cost effective means you can ditch the old medicine cabinet remedies and start using healthy, all-natural alternatives.
